The breakfast options were disappointing, as various breads weren't covered, leading to flies on them every day. Room cleanliness left much to be desired. we found dust in the corners and hair on the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful when we requested local transportation information, which caused us to waste money on taxis.

we had a fantastic stay at brienzerburli! the staff were super friendly and the breakfast view by the lake was unbeatable. we loved the free paddle board rentals every day, which added a lot of fun to our trip. the location was perfect, right by the beach promenade, making it easy to explore the area.

the clock tower chiming through the night was charming, if you enjoy sleepless nights. breakfast woudl ve been stellar if not for the flies on the uncovered breads. naturally, I expected a complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience, but that would be too much to ask in this establishment. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Family with kids can have fun here
We stayed in a family room which was nice and spacious with enough beds for everyone the kids had a blast running around. The view from the balcony was amazing looking at the lake really made it special for us.
It was a bit pricey for what we got but the experience overall was quite alright.
